Terms and Conditions of Service
By using Clearpath you agree to the following terms. The Service is provided "as is" and does not constitute legal, contractual, or professional advice. All decisions regarding delay notifications, contractual claims, and compliance remain the Customer's sole responsibility.
Eligibility: The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or over acting in a professional capacity within the construction industry.
Fees: Subscription fees are payable in advance. The Provider may increase fees with 30 days' notice. Cancellation is available at any time through the Service or by email.
Data: The Customer retains all rights to Customer Data. The Provider processes data only to deliver the Service. Customer Data is hosted in the UK/EEA.
Liability: The Provider's total liability is capped at 12 months' fees. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, losses from reliance on Service outputs, or inaccuracies in delay classifications or notice templates.
Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Customer Data is available for export for 30 days post-termination and deleted within a further 30 days.

Privacy Policy
Data we collect: Name, email, job title, hashed password, IP address, usage timestamps, uploaded photographs, and any data entered into the Service by Customers.
How we use it: To provide the Service (contract performance), for security (legitimate interests), and to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing: We share data with three sub-processors: Railway (hosting), Cloudinary (file storage), and Twilio SendGrid (email). We do not sell data.
Retention: Account data retained while active. Server logs retained 90 days. Data deleted within 60 days of account termination.
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
Complaints: We acknowledge data protection complaints within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Cookie Policy
Clearpath uses only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie (authentication), a CSRF token (security), and a remember-me token (optional). We use no analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as these are strictly necessary under PECR.

Acceptable Use Policy
Use the Service only for legitimate construction programme management. Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. Do not share passwords. Do not attempt to access other users' data. Photographs of identifiable individuals require appropriate privacy notices. The Provider may suspend accounts that breach this policy.

Data Processing Addendum
Where the Provider processes personal data on behalf of a Customer, it acts as data processor under Article 28 UK GDPR. Processing details, technical measures, and the sub-processor list are set out in the full DPA.
